Not a State Agency: PhotonINX, LLC is an independent commercial business and is not an official branch, agency, or representative of the State of Indiana or the IDOH. Final licensing, registration, and official compliance determinations rest solely with the state regulatory authorities.

Informational Purposes Only: Content and articles posted on this Site are for general informational purposes and do not constitute formal legal or regulatory advice.

Services not provided: PhotonINX, LLC inspects X-ray machines for State compliance and does not provide medical physics, radiation safety surveys, or shielding design.
